Healing happens through connection.
Our mission is to guide families and
individuals toward understanding, growth,
and deeper, more resilient relationships.
Therapy Rooted in Connection
When life feels overwhelming, our relationships, including the relationship we have with ourselves, are often affected too.
You may notice more conflict, emotional distance, anxiety, grief, stress, or a growing sense of disconnection during difficult seasons of life. Sometimes, the ways people learn to cope can create distance rather than closeness.
Therapy offers a space to slow things down, better understand these patterns, and create new ways of relating with greater clarity, connection, and emotional safety.
At Connection Matters Colorado, I provide attachment-based therapy for individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, trauma, parenting stress, and emotional overwhelm. Together, we work to help you feel more grounded, supported, and connected, both within yourself and in your relationships.
Hi, I'm Kerry!
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, and periods of emotional stress or disconnection.
My clients come from many different stages of life and family experiences, but often share a desire to better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and create more supportive ways of connecting.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in attachment science and systemic therapy. I believe people and families already carry deep strengths, even in moments of pain, disconnection, or uncertainty. My role is to help you better understand the patterns shaping your relationships, restore emotional safety, and create new ways of connecting with yourself and with one another.
