FAQs
What can I expect during the consultation?

What are therapy sessions like?
Therapy is a collaborative process tailored to your unique needs, relationships, and goals. Whether we’re working individually, as a couple, or as a family, sessions provide a supportive space to gain insight, strengthen connections, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change.
