How I Can Help
Life doesn’t always unfold the way we expect. Relationships change. Families grow and evolve. Loss, illness, parenting, career changes, and unexpected life events can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and the people we love. During these times, it’s easy to lose sight of our strengths and feel uncertain about how to move forward.
Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and better understand the patterns shaping your relationships and experiences. Together, we’ll work to strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and build healthier ways of connecting so you can move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and hope.
My approach is relationship-centered, grounded in attachment science and systemic therapy, and tailored to your unique goals. Every person, couple, and family brings a different story, and I believe therapy should honor those experiences while helping you create meaningful, lasting change.
Individual Therapy
Sometimes life’s challenges leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of the next step. Individual therapy provides an opportunity to better understand yourself, process difficult experiences, and develop new ways of responding to life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
I work with adults navigating life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, relationship concerns, caregiver stress, trauma, medical diagnoses, career changes, and emotional overwhelm. Together, we’ll build on your existing strengths while helping you reconnect with the life and relationships that matter most.
Couples Therapy
Every relationship experiences seasons of growth and seasons of struggle. Whether you’re feeling disconnected, caught in recurring conflict, rebuilding trust, adjusting to a major life transition, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationship, couples therapy offers a space to better understand one another and reconnect.
My work with couples focuses on strengthening communication, increasing emotional understanding, rebuilding trust, and creating healthier patterns of connection. Rather than determining who is right or wrong, we’ll work together to understand the relationship itself and create new ways of moving forward as a team.
Family Therapy
Families are constantly adapting to change. Parenting, adolescence, launching young adults, caregiving, blended families, grief, illness, and changing family roles can challenge even the strongest relationships.
Family therapy creates space for every voice to be heard while helping family members better understand one another, improve communication, and strengthen connection. Drawing from both my experience as a therapist and my decades of supporting families through complex medical journeys, I bring a compassionate, collaborative, and systemic perspective to this work.

What Working Together Looks Like
Therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, curiosity, and respect. My role isn’t to tell you what to do or offer quick solutions. Instead, I’ll help you better understand yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll identify practical ways to create lasting change while building on the strengths you already possess.
Whether you’re seeking support during a difficult season or hoping to strengthen the relationships that matter most, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
