“Kerry is a consummate professional who brings both collaboration and deep compassion to her work supporting families through difficult challenges. I have had the privilege of working alongside Kerry supporting families of children with disabilities, and I have always been impressed by her professionalism, insight, and collaborative spirit. She works seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams while always keeping the needs of families at the center of everything she does. Families who work with Kerry will find not only an exceptional clinician, but a trusted guide through some of life’s most challenging moments.”

“I have known Kerry for over 25 years and can say without any hesitation that she is one of the most compassionate, professional, and thoughtful people I’ve had the good fortune of knowing. We worked together for many years providing hearing healthcare to families and children who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing. In addition to providing exceptional, evidence-based clinical services, Kerry approached each family with respect for their cultural and familial traditions enabling her to build trusting relationships that enhanced her service provision. In turn, the families with whom she worked were as loyal to her as she was to them. As a good friend, I can attest to her uncanny ability to listen to people and make them feel seen, heard, understood, and appreciated.”

“Kerry was the first person we spoke to after we received the diagnosis that our 18 month old son was profoundly deaf. She guided us through the initial testing and consultation and helped us as we waited for his cochlear implant surgery. Kerry’s calm, personable and incredible knowledge certainly put us at ease.”

“My son Josh was born profoundly deaf with common cavity cochlea. He received a cochlear implant at 18 months old. Kerry Roesch was Josh’s audiologist from the first time Josh was “activated”

Unfortunately, Josh had no response to any stimulation. Kerry not only continued to try new things, she listened to me, and was willing to let me be a part of the process. We worked together for many months, to the point where I personally gave up on Josh ever having access to sound and learning to talk. We were about to move towards sign language as his primary form of communication, which would have been acceptable.

Kerry called me and said that a specialist from the cochlear implant company was at her office and had some ideas. Josh and I went to see Kerry and the specialist. I was hopeful but at the same time had little faith anything could be done. The specialist worked with Kerry and made changes and for first time at 2.5 years old, Josh responded to the stimulus and to sound! It was not random, it was consistent. It was a miracle!

Without Kerry’s willingness to listen, not give up, reach out for help, and all throughout remain an advocate, Josh would not be the hearing and talking person he is today. Josh and I have had experiences with other Audiologists since, and Kerry set the bar for what we expect. When the other audiologist would say something was not possible, I just tell them Kerry and Josh’s story.”
