Therapy Fees

Welcome

Choosing a therapist is an important investment in your well-being and relationships. My goal is to make the process as transparent and comfortable as possible. Below you’ll find information on session fees, payment policies, and what to expect as we begin working together.

I intentionally offer longer therapy sessions because meaningful conversations often benefit from having the time to slow down, reflect, and explore what’s most important without feeling rushed.

Session length and frequency are determined collaboratively based on your goals, preferences, and clinical needs.

Workshops & Professional Consultation

In addition to psychotherapy, I offer educational presentations, workshops, consultations, and training for organizations, healthcare providers, schools, assisted living communities, senior living organizations, and caregiving professionals.

Please contact me to discuss how these services can be tailored to meet the needs of your organization.

Sliding Scale Availability

I believe therapy should be as accessible as possible. A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available for individuals, couples, and families experiencing financial hardship.

Why Private Pay?

Connection Matters Colorado is a private-pay practice and does not participate directly with insurance plans.

Choosing private pay allows therapy to remain focused on your needs rather than insurance requirements, diagnosis-driven treatment limitations, or restrictions on the length or frequency of sessions. It also provides greater privacy and flexibility in determining the course of your care.

If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Payment & Policies

  • Payment is due at the time of each session.
  • A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.
  • Secure payment is accepted through the Client Portal.

Ready to Get Started?

Finding the right therapist is an important decision. That’s why I offer a complimentary 45-minute video consultation. During our conversation, we’ll discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, answer your questions, and determine whether working together feels like the right fit.

I’d be honored to support you as you begin this next chapter.
